By creating an account or using HyperEdit, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You're responsible for all activities under your account.

3. User Content & License

• Your Rights. You retain ownership of the images you upload.
• Usage License. You grant us permission to store, process, and display your images as needed to provide the Service.
• Your Responsibility. You confirm you have the right to use and transform any content you upload.
• Ownership Verification. You must own or have explicit permission from the original creator for any images you upload and transform on the Service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse any part of the Service.

Our system may automatically flag and refuse to transform certain images, including but not limited to those containing excessive nudity, violence, minors, or other prohibited content. In such cases, any credits used will be automatically refunded to your account.

5. Third-Party Services and Trademarks

Our Service uses OpenAI models to process images. By using HyperEdit, you also agree to comply with the OpenAI Terms of Service (available at openai.com/policies/terms-of-use). The usage of our Service is subject to OpenAI's content policies and restrictions.

Trademark Disclaimer: Style names such as “Pixar style,” “Lego style,” or similar are descriptive terms intended to help users understand the aesthetic outcome of image transformations. These terms are used for informational purposes only and are not meant to suggest any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the trademark owners. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced are the property of their respective owners. HyperEdit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the companies that own these trademarks.

6. Payments

All fees are listed in USD and are non-refundable unless required by law. Payment processing is handled by a secure third-party provider.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or inactivity. You may also close your account at any time via your settings. Upon termination, your content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• “As Is.” The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.
• Liability Cap. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 7 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

10. Updates to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.
